My brother Chris and I have noticed the play between the bolts and the roller bearings. Chris came up with a clever fix using aluminum tape.
Chris found that wrapping the entire circumference of the bolt was too tight to slip the bearings on so he used an utility knife to reduce the width of tape, allowing for more play. Your results may vary but refer to the images below to see what worked for him.
